Star Force was written in the 1970s and made into a movie in the early 1990s, which was released on VHS. Star Force is about a military crew that sets out on a reconnaissance mission to a hostile world far beyond Space Command's protection to retrieve military information for Star Force Command. This information could change the entire outcome of the war. On their mission, the crew discovers that one of their own outposts has been destroyed. The general of their ship, the Oregonda, decides to transmit a message back to Star Force Command about the total destruction of the outpost and the families who died during the attack. The crew is told by Star Force Command to finish their mission, which takes priority over everything else. After the crew finally arrives at this strange planet, a combat officer named Scott Malik flies a small spacecraft to the surface, where he is attacked. During his attempt to get back to the Oregonda, he runs out of fuel while trying to leave the planet's surface—a situation that leaves him unable to return to the mothership after crashing back down. His small spacecraft crashes in a wasteland where he must use all his skills and training to survive while being tracked down by an alien army known as the Di'coneions. Star Force is an 89-minute-long movie in NTSC format.
